| Description: | UREA 46% Prilled Monthly shippment : 50.000MT x 12 Price 270$ DURATION: 12 months or as agreed between seller & buyer INCORTERM: CIF AWSP PB: 2% BP sellers Account. INSPECTION: After loading is completed, Q&Q is conducted by an independent inspection agency (SGS) . DESTINATION PORT: To be given by the buyer. DOCUMENTS FOR PAYMENT: (a) Original Bill of Lading (b) Commercial invoices (c) Certificate of Quality and Quantity PAYMENT TERMS: Monthly Payment by Revolving Assignable, Irrevocable, Divisible, Transf or Non transf, Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (IRDLC), from one of the S&P prime 50 World Banks for the amount equal to One (1) months purchase order value at sight. There is possibility to pay by RDLC payable at 90 days or 180 days or 360 days you add 10 to 15 $ to the mentionned price. Special Note: The buyer is allowed to visit factory & loading port once he issues the non-operative L/C Procedures : Procedures- 1) Buyer issues an ICPO or LOI with permission for soft bank probe 2) Seller forwards Draft-contract signed sealed 3) Contract are agreed upon hard copies signed & exchanged via DHL,mail, Fax ( Buyer's choice) 4) SELLER : a) Opens a non operative 2% for Buyer's bank And then buyer issues a -operative L/C for seller's bank B) The buyer opens Non operative LC then the buyer issues operative 2% to activate the LC. 5) Delivery begins as per schedule of shipments in contract agreed between the buyer/seller until completion of the contracted quantity P.S Final price and terms will be given by the seller after reception of LOI or ICPO directed to his name with soft probe or BCL. |
